Payment Information and Options

We use Sagepay to process our credit card transactions securely. After selecting your payment method and clicking on "Place Order" you will be transferred to the Sagepay website which is totally safe and secure. Once on their website you will be able to choose your card type from the available options, and then enter your card information. Sagepay will then show you your order confirmation and you can then click to confirm.
We can accept most popular credit or debit cards through Sagepay.

PayPal is the most preferred way to pay online in the UK because it's safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet.

Why pay with PayPal?

• It's easier: All you need is an email address and password to pay online

If you dont have a credit/debit card or you prefer not to giveout that information online then you can pay by cheque, or postal order. Just select the Payment by Cheque option as the payment method and proceed through the checkout as normal. Once you have placed your order you will see your order number and order confirmation. This will also be sent by email to the email address that you have provided.

Once you have placed your order, you just send us a cheque or postal order for the correct value, please write your order numberon the back of the cheque/postal order and send to us at the address on our website and in the order confirmation.
As soon as it has cleared we will post our your order. Please note that your order is not validated until the cheque has cleared which means any delivery delays or production times will take effect from the date your cheque clears, not from the date you placed the order.

If you would like to pay by BACS please follow the same procedure as above, for paying by cheque, but once you have made the payment then please contact us with the payment amount and the order number, we can then allocate the payment to your order and your order will be processed.

We will accept payment by Purchase Order, but only from Government bodies, such as schools, universities, NHS and councils etc. Please order through the website the same as for payment by cheque, but instead of sending a cheque please send the Purchase Order.

If you are a company and you do not have a credit card then please order through the website and select payment by cheque, you will then get an email confirmation with details of who to make a cheque out to, and our bank details in case you want to pay by BACS.
If you are paying by BACS please contact us and let us know the amount paid and also the order number it is for.

We can only accept American Express through Paypal. Just follow the instructions as above for paying by Paypal. There is no need to create a Paypal account if you do not want to, you can just enter your card details into the Paypal site and pay that way.
